There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work.
This means that the God who anoints one person to preach His word also anoints another person with the gift of administration. Both gifts are important and have their place, but all gifts come from God. So don’t despise your gift and calling, whatever it is. God gave it to you and needs you to function in it.
