It\u2019s hard to say, but it seems that Stephen was committed to glorifying God no matter what he faced. The faithfulness in serving widows\u2019 tables forged character into Stephen that became the courage to face an angry crowd. It\u2019s the little things that God puts before us that shape us to deal with the big things in our life.
